The messaging app, which has about 1.6 billion users worldwide, is launching a new feature.
People can now choose not to share their last viewed information. In this case, the last information that the other person viewed is also not displayed.
WhatsApp last seen feature gets a new option!
WhatsApp is testing a new feature last seen. While hiding features like profile picture, info about, and last seen in the app; Options like “Everyone”, “My Contacts” or “Nobody” can be selected.
In the newly tested “Last Seen” feature, in the “Last seen” preferences of privacy settings, in addition to the “People”, “My Contacts” and “None” options”, the “My Contacts Except” option comes.

In a nutshell, the last seen feature can currently only be activated for certain people. WhatsApp is reportedly aiming to implement a similar option for users’ “profile picture” and “referral” information.
The feature that was introduced on Android a few weeks ago can also be tested by beta testers on iOS.
