The MacBook Pro 2021 was introduced just six months ago, and yet many users seem to have audio issues. More specifically, they complain about the crackling and crackling of the speakers during audio playback.
Many complaints can be found on the Apple Community forums and also on Reddit. The problem, as the affected users describe, occurs randomly when playing a song, video, or any sound on a MacBook. The crackling may be more noticeable when the volume is high or when a loud sound is heard.
I have a problem with the 2021 M1 Pro 16-inch (base model). While watching a video or listening to music, I heard sounds from the laptop speakers. I have the same problem with the M1 Max that I exchanged for this M1 Pro.
This problem usually occurs when I open a window or when I watch a video or two. It’s very annoying when it’s always done in a video. It doesn’t happen all the time.
Some users have posted audio-video on a 14-inch MacBook Pro, and it’s absolutely amazing. Some of the affected users believe that the problem is a software error because Apple has modified their computer and is fixing the error.
The Reddit user confirmed this theory by saying that the problems can be temporarily fixed after the macOS “CoreAudio” process is completed by going to the Activity Monitor application. Some users say the problems disappeared after installing macOS 12.3, but other users still noticed the speakers cracking. At this point, Apple has not yet admitted that there is a problem with the MacBook Pro 2021, whether it is a hardware or software error. Problems with cracking speakers on your MacBook Pro 2021?
