Two weeks ago, Apple released the first beta of iOS 15.5, presumably one of the last updates before unveiling iOS 16 at WWDC22. And now we have the second beta version of the system, which may come with lots of exciting new features.
Along with this second beta of iOS 15.5, Apple has also made available to developers the second beta of iPadOS 15.5, watchOS 8.6, tvOS 15.5, and macOS Monterey 12.
What’s new in iOS 15.5 beta 2
- New Claim and Send buttons for the Apple Cash app in Wallet.
- The physical Apple Card is now called “Titan Card” in the wallet settings.
- Apple Pay has been renamed the “Apple Cash” Messages app.
- Renamed iTunes Pass to “Apple Account Card” in the Wallet app.

iTunes Pass will become a new card called “Apple Account”. This card will be displayed in the Wallet app, just like Apple Card and Apple Cash Card. This way, instead of having to present a QR Code when making purchases at an Apple Store, users will be able to make purchases using Apple Pay.
